Brayden - 2 months old!!!

Brayden turned two months old on Christmas Day! It's so hard to believe 9 weeks have already passed since he was born. He had his two month check-up day after Christmas and he now weighs 12 pounds, 1 ounce and measures 23 1/4 inches. He is becoming such a big boy. Brayden also got his first round of shots. He did great - I think Mommy had a harder time with it than he did. I posted some recent photos below.

Brunch with Santa

Last Saturday Brayden had his first meeting with Santa. Our friends' the Wagners have Brunch with Santa each year at their beautiful home and it is such a great time. Although Brayden is too young yet to know who Santa is, it still made for a nice photo op. It was also fun to see all of our friends' kids running around, decorating gingerbread cookies, and crawling on Santa's lap (although some of the kids had their reservations). It definately puts you in the Christmas mood.

Brayden started smiling this week. In the morning when he wakes up he will see Ryan or me and grin from ear to ear. It has been so fun to play with him and watch him smile and coo at us. His personality is starting to come out more and more each day. I tried to capture it in a photo. This is one of my favorite pics of him.
