Finally getting around to posting photos from the Fourth of July holiday weekend. Ryan was off most of the weekend which was nice to have some quality family time together! We relaxed, had dinner at Ryan's parents house, went to a few neighborhood parades. One of which was the Lake Highlands parade which brought back some memories. It was a hot weekend weather-wise but we had fun. Enjoy!

He loved all of the candy that was thrown to him.
He got to sit on his first REAL fire truck. He really was excited even though his face does not reflect that emotion.
We were waiting to hear parade decoration prizes. The parade hosts told us that the spectators also got awards so we got our hopes up because his car was decorated but we did not win. Maybe next year.
