Decorating Easter Eggs!

We dyed and decorated Easter eggs on Sunday. Ryan is going to be busy this week with soccer stuff so we thought we would do it while Daddy was home and could do it with Brayden. We had a good time and Brayden loves watching the eggs turn colors. He can't wait til the Easter Bunny comes and he gets to find the hidden eggs.

Cousin Charlee's Birthday

It was my sweet niece Charlee's birthday last weekend and we celebrated at the Arboretum on Saturday. It was a gorgeous day - sunny and perfect. The kids were running all around so I managed to only take a few photos during cake time. Her cake was precious, perfect for her. Quite yummy too, but I am a sucker for anything with icing :) Happy Birthday sweet girl! Can't believe she is two already.

Easter DIY Project

I was surfing a fun home/children/design website (ohdeedoh) and came across this great Easter craft project and couldn't turn it down. I had to do it this past weekend. It entailed running by Home Depot, grabbing a stackfull of paint sample cards, tracing an Easter egg cookie cutter on each sheet, some cutting, hole punching, stringing and voila! Adorable Easter Egg Banner for our mantle. I thought it turned out cute. :) Here are some photos:
